Order: Late Friday, plaintiff filed a motion for temporary restraining order requesting that the Court prevent the disposition of certain collateral. As the undersigned was on an airplane at the time, the motion was heard by another judge in this district. The motion was granted late Friday evening. Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.Pro. 65(b)(3), this Court must set this matter for a preliminary injunction hearing "at the earliest possible time." To that end, plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is due April 4, 2017 and defendants' brief in opposition is due on or before April 7, 2017. The motion must address this Court's jurisdiction in light of the representation that the collateral at issue is located outside of the Northern District of Ohio. In addition, plaintiff must confirm with the Court that it has notified all defendants of the temporary restraining order, as well as provided defendants with a copy of this order. Judge Patricia A.
