April 20, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 3 Order: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b), plaintiff shall pay the full fee of $400 if there are sufficient funds in his prisoner account; if plaintiff elects to pay the filing fee by check, the check should be made payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court and clearly indicate the case number on the check; if plaintiff does not have funds in his account to pay the entire fee at once, he is ordered to complete and submit the financial application within 30 days of the date of this order; plaintiff must submit the entire application, including a certified copy of his prisoner account statement, at one time; upon receipt of the financial application and certified account statement, the Court will assess and collect the filing fee as funds are available in plaintiff's account; in addition, plaintiff has not submitted to the Clerk a copy of the Complaint, Summons, or U.S. Marshal forms for each defendant; within 30 days from the date of this order, plaintiff is ordered to submit (1) a copy of the Complaint for each defendant, (2) completed summonses for each defendant, (3) completed USM 285 process receipt and return for each defendant, and (4) a Notice of Compliance with the three preceding requirements of this Order that bears an appropriate case caption for filing; The Clerks Office is directed to mail a sufficient number of summonses and U.S. Marshal forms to plaintiff with a copy of this Order; failure to fully and timely comply with this order may result in dismissal of this action without further notice for want of prosecution (Related Doc #2 ).
