Order Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Continuance (ECF No. #4 ). The Court grants Plaintiff's request for additional time and adjusts the schedule as follows. Plaintiff shall immediately serve upon Defendants or their counsel a copy of (1) the document entitled Plaintiff's Complaint and Motion for Preliminary Injunction, (2) the Court's initial 9/29/2021 Scheduling Order, and (3) this Scheduling Order. Plaintiff must file a proof of service by 11/15/2021. Defendants shall serve and file a response to the motion on or before 11/29/2021 at 4:00 p.m. A reply memorandum, if any, shall be served and filed by Plaintiff on or before 12/6/2021 at 4:00 p.m. Also, the Court reminds Plaintiff that while she is free to represent herself pro se, the law prohibits her from representing her minor child in this case. Therefore, claims brought "pro se" on behalf of persons other than Plaintiff will be dismissed. No further extensions shall be expected.
