Specifically, the Court GRANTS the portion of defendants' motion that requests attorney's fees and costs associated with the preparation of their motion to compel, and, inasmuch as the discovery dispute appears to have resolved itself, the Court DENIES as moot the portion of the motion requesting the Court to compel plaintiff to respond to the outstanding discovery request.
