Memorandum Opinion and Order for the reasons set forth herein, plaintiffs motion to remand this case to Summit County Court of Common Pleas (Document 7 ) is granted. Plaintiffs motion for costs and attorney fees, also contained in Document [ 7], is denied. The Clerk is ordered to remand this case to the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
