A consumer class-action in Ohio accusing Groupon of violating the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act, the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and Ohio state law by failing to let plaintiff use an expired coupon that she previously purchased to use at a Nodstrom department store.
