Order: The Court has reviewed the response and the reply to its show cause order, and is satisfied that it retains subject matter jurisdiction over the instant action under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). The Court, therefore, finds SCMS to be a dispensable party. Consequently, the Court sua sponte severs and dismisses SCMS from this litigation, and as a result, this Court's diversity jurisdiction is perfected. (Related Doc # 8 , 9 , 10 ).
