Memorandum Opinion and Order: Plaintiffs' objections to the R&R recommending denial of plaintiffs' motion for class certification are overruled. Accordingly, Doc. No. 24 is denied. The Court notes that there are currently pending cross-motions for summary judgment. These will need to be resolved before any further proceedings. However, the parties are, as always, encouraged to engage in settlement discussions, to request the Court's assistance in that regard, if needed, and to promptly inform the Court of any settlement.
