Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 13 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Court grants summary judgment in favor of defendant Brimfield Township with respe ct to plaintiff's failure to train and supervise claim and DISMISSES that claim. However, because there are material factual disputes regarding how the arrest of Kathleen Synek occurred, the Court cannot declare, as a matter of law, that the defendant officers are entitled to qualified immunity on her § 1983 claim.
