Memorandum Opinion and Order The Court grants Defendants' Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ECF No. 9 ). This matter is stayed until the arbitration is completed. Counsel will provide the Cour t with a status report as to the arbitration proceedings every 45 days hence until the earlier of the end of the arbitration or stay.
