Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, this action must be and is hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal fro m this decision could not be taken in good faith. Plaintiff's "Motion for Emergency Injunction Relief," treated as a Motion for Preliminary Injunction (ECF No. 4 ), is denied. Plaintiff's "Motion for Establishment of a Date Certain For Oral Hearing, on: *Plaintiff's [un-contested] and [un-opposed] Motion for Emergency Injunction Relief" (ECF No. 5 ) and Motion for Preliminary Discovery (ECF No. 6 ) are denied as moot.
