Filing 35 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, Defendants' motions to dismiss or for judgment on the pleadings are granted because the plaintiff has failed to allege any viable claim for relief againstthe defendants u nder 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985(3), and 1986. In addition, Plaintiff's motions to freeze defendants' assets, to strike defendants' briefs, and to file an amended complaint are all denied; Kristopher Armstrong's motion to withdraw as co-counsel and to substitute counsel is denied as moot; and this case is dismissed.
