Filing 54 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court denies Defendants' 37 Motion for Summary Judgment in its entirety. Regarding whether Plaintiff was properly compensated for overtime work as an LPN, the Court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff. The Court also grants Plaintiff's 39 Motion for Conditional Certification. Parties shall meet and confer to submit a proposed schedule for filing a proposed joint notice to the Court and notifying all potential collective members.
