Memorandum Opinion and Order: The parties' joint motion for approval of settlement and stipulation of dismissal with prejudice is granted, and the Court approves the settlement agreement. (Doc. No. 27 .) Further, the Court approves the p arties' stipulated dismissal of this case with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1(ii), and, subject to the terms of the settlement agreement, each party agrees to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs. At the parties' request, the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement. See Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Ins. Co., 511 U.S. 375 (1994). This case is dismissed and closed. Judge Sara Lioi on 3/13/2017. (P,J)
