Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over the case. The case is remanded to the Summit County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas forthwith. The Case Management Conference sched uled for 2/8/2017 is cancelled. As the Court has lacked subject-matter jurisdiction from the date of removal, the Court also lacks the jurisdiction to consider the pending Motion for Transfer.
