Magnum also requested an award of attorney fees in connection with this motion, see 28 U.S.C. 1447(c), but the Court finds no basis for such an award. Although not persuaded by defendants arguments for removal, the Court does not find that defendants lacked an objectively reasonable basis for seeking removal. Warthman v. Genoa Twp. Bd. of Trs., 549 F.3d 1055, 1059 (6th Cir. 2008) (quoting Martin v. Franklin Capital Corp., 546 U.S. 132, 141, 126 S. Ct. 704, 163 L. Ed. 2d 547 (2005)). Therefore, the motion (Doc.
