Order Pending is a "Stipulated Motion" for Extension of Time until 7/29/2020 to Answer (ECF No. #8 ). When a similar Stipulation for Extension of Time was previously filed, the Court approved it and added that "[a]ll future requests for extension of time shall be made by motion." See ECF No. #7 . Even though the docket text created by Plaintiff's counsel states ECF No. #8 is a Stipulated Motion, it is not. Rather, it is another Stipulation for Extension of Time that again does not identify Defense counsel. The Court rejects the Stipulation and grants in part the ostensible joint request for enlargement of time.
