The Court needs to determine whether subject matter jurisdiction exists in this case, accordingly, no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2023, Defendant Woodard CM-LLC shall file a statement: (1) specifying its corporate format, including whether it is a corporation or an LLC; and (2) to the extent that it is an LLC, setting forth the citizenship of each of its members and, to the extent that any member is also an LLC, also setting forth the citizenship of all members of that LLC.
