| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Judge Sara Lioi. On May 1, 2023, the Court conducted a telephonic case management conference. Attorneys Gary Corroto, Maria Klutinoty Edwards, Hunter Miller, John Schomer, Nicholas Bobb, and Peter Stoecklein participated. Plaintiff's client representatives, Scott Hersburger and Brian Grimm, also participated. The Court discussed with the participants dates and deadlines that will appear in the Court's case management plan and trial order. Counsel indicated that the parties might be interested in a referral to mediation after fact discovery has been completed. The Court advised counsel that it requires the filing of joint, 45-day status reports.
