November 4, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 10 Order: IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED, IN PART, as follows: 1. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), the Court consolidates (i) Christina Jackson, on behalf of her minor child, J.L. v. Prentke Romich Company d/b/a PRC- Saltillo, No. 5:24-cv-01708-CAB (N.D. Ohio); and (ii) Cindy Westman, on behalf of her minor child, Z.R. v. Prentke Romich Company d/b/a PRC-Saltillo, No. 5:24- cv-01738-JRA (N.D. Ohio) (each a "Related Action" and collectively, the "Consolidated Action"), under the docket number of the first filed case, No. 5:24-cv-01708. All subsequent filings in this consolidated action will be made solely under the 5:24-cv-1708 case number. All pleadings therein shall maintain their legal relevance until the filing of the Consolidated Complaint. All papers previously filed and served to date in the Related Actions are deemed part of the record in the Consolidated Action. The following briefing schedule is established: a. Plaintiffs Consolidated Class Action Complaint shall be filed within 30 days after appointment of Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel; and b. Defendant shall file a Motion to Dismiss or Answer to the Consolidated Class Action Complaint within 60 days of filing of the Consolidated Class Action Complaint, Plaintiffs have 30 days to file a response to the motion to dismiss, and Defendant has 21 days to file its reply in support of any motion to dismiss the Consolidated Class Action Complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, having given due consideration to the relevant factors set forth in Rule 23(g)(1) and (4), including, without limitation, Rule 23(g)(1)(A)(i)(iv), and finding that Proposed Interim Class Counsel meet the adequacy requirements thereunder, the court appoints William B. Federman of Federman & Sherwood and Terence R. Coates of Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, LLC as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel (collectively, "Interim Class Counsel"). Judge Christopher A.
