Order [non-document]: Pursuant to the Case Management Plan and Trial Order filed on January 7, 2026, the parties are required to file joint status reports "every forty-five (45) days during the pendency of this matter." (Doc. No. #7 , at 2.) Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Chief District Judge Sara Lioi. On January 7, 2026, the Court conducted a telephonic case management conference. Attorney Andrea Ziarko participated on behalf of defendants. Plaintiff Seth Swallen did not participate despite being mailed notice and call instructions. (See Doc. No. #3 , at 1.) The Court and defendants' counsel waited for plaintiff to join the call, but when it was clear that he would not be doing so, the Court briefly reviewed with counsel dates and deadlines, which will be published in a separate case management plan and trial order. If, at any time, the parties would like a referral for mediation before the ADR Panel or the magistrate judge, counsel may so indicate in a status report, or by contacting chambers directly. Plaintiff is advised that further failures to participate in court proceedings may result in sanctions, up to and including dismissal of his case. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). (Court Reporter: None.) Time: 10 minutes. (B,DL)
