No. #15 ), Lafawn Anthony's claims against the City of Akron, the Akron Police Department, Chief of Police Brian Harding, and Judge Joseph Mittica are dismissed with prejudice. Additionally, because Lafawn Anthony has failed to show cause why the claims against the John Doe Officers should not be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
