Order [non-document]: This Court was randomly assigned Case No.5:26-cv-00612, Williams v. Zuchowski, et al., and Case No. 5:26-cv-00613, Turner v. Zuchowski, et al. Both matters allege a violation of 42 U.S.C. 1983 against the same defendants for events occurring on the same date. The Court intends to consolidate these matters into one single proceeding. If any party objects to consolidation, they must file an objection on or before May 18, 2026. If no objection is filed, the Court will construe the party's silence as agreement with consolidation. Order: Because Plaintiff has not provided U.S. Marshals forms or summonses to serve the defendants, the Clerk's Office cannot forward this matter to the U.S. Marshals for service. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to provide (1) a copy of the complaint for each defendant, (2) a completed summons for each defendant named in the complaint (that includes the address at which each defendant is to be served), and (3) a USM 285 process receipt and return for each defendant. See Fed. R. Civ P. 4. Within 15 days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall submit to the Court the completed forms, the required copies of the complaint, and a "Notice of Compliance" with an appropriate case caption for filing, indicating Plaintiff has complied with the Court's Order.
