MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Steven P. Shreder GRANTING 18 Defendants Facilities Authority, Christy, and Turner's Partial Motion to Dismiss. 19 Defendant Brian Hale's Motion to Dismiss is hereby DENIED IN PA RT as to Count I, and otherwise GRANTED. As such, Plaintiff's Fourth (Negligent Training, Hiring, and Supervision) and Fifth Claims (violation of the Oklahoma Constitution) for Relief are hereby dismissed in their entirety.
