MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson : Denying Petitioner's motion for change of venue #6 . Petitioner claims that because one of the defendants, the United States Marshals Service, is located in the same building as this United States District Court, it is "harder for [him] to prosecute this case correctly without bias." Id. The proper venue for Plaintiff's action is in the "judicial district in which any defendant resides" or the "judicial district in which a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the claim occurred." 28 U.S.C. 1391(b)(1-2). Because all of the defendants are located in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the events of which Plaintiff complains occurred in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, proper venue lies in this district.
