MINUTE ORDER by District Judge Ronald A. White : On March 8, 2023, Plaintiff Anthony Dean Prestel filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. The complaint alleges, among other things, constitutional violations while Plaintiff was incarcerated in the McIntosh County Jail in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Id. at 1. On March 15, 2023, the case was transferred to the Eastern District of Oklahoma and assigned Case No. 23-CV-098-RAW-JAR. On April 28, 2023, Plaintiff filed an essentially identical copy of the complaint in this Court, opening Case No. 23-141-RAW. Because the complaints in Case No. 23-CV-098-RAW-JAR and Case No. 23-141-RAW are the same, Case No. 23-141-RAW is dismissed. (acg, Deputy Clerk)
