MINUTE ORDER by District Judge John F. Heil, III : On January 17, 2024, the Court entered an order granting Plaintiff Dylan Carl Beaver's ("Beaver) motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Dkt. No. 4. Beaver's copy of the order was returned to the Court on February 5, 2024, with the notation "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward." Dkt. No. 5-1. Beaver has failed to advise the Court of his current address, as required by Local Civil Rule 5.6(a). Therefore, this action is dismissed without prejudice for Beaver's failure to prosecute. See United States ex rel. Jimenez v. Health Net, Inc., 400 F.3d 853, 854-56 (10th Cir. 2005) (dismissing appeal sua sponte for failure to prosecute because appellant disappeared and failed to meet court deadlines). (acg, Deputy Clerk)
