This case, therefore, is reopened, and the Court Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff the Opinion and Order entered on October 29, 2024 (Dkt. 4) that directed him leave to file an amended complaint on the Court's form as directed. Plaintiff is granted twenty-one (21) days from the entry of this Order to file the amended complaint. Failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal of this action without further notice.
