OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Claire V Eagan that plaintiffs' motion to strike evidence (Dkt. # 36) is denied, and defendant's motion to exclude the report and testimony of A.L. Hutson (Dkt. # 45) is granted in part and denied in part. Defendant's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. # 29) is denied.
