OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Claire V Eagan that GreerWalker, LLP's motion to dismiss (Dkt. # 24), Butcher Joseph & Co., LLC's motion to dismiss (Dkt. # 27), and Polsinelli, P.C.'s motion to dismiss (Dkt. # 29), are granted. Plaintiffs' complaint (Dkt. # 2) is dismissed. Should plaintiffs seek to file an amended complaint, they must first file a written motion for leave to amend. Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(2); Garman v. Campbell Cty. Sch. Dist. No. 1, 630 F.3d 977, 986 (10th Cir. 2010). The Court cautions plaintiffs that, if they file such a motion, it must comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
