MINUTE ORDER by Chief Judge John E Dowdell The plaintiff's motion for additional time to comply with the Court's May 24, 2019 Order is granted. That order did not alter the deadline for completion of service, but instead set a deadline for the plaintiff to provide information for issuance of summons and service of process. Accordingly, for each defendant named in the complaint, the plaintiff shall submit one completed summons, one completed Marshal Service form, and one copy of the complaint. Plaintiff shall provide those documents by July 26, 2019, so that service may be made by the U.S. Marshal within the 90 day deadline. ORDER by Chief Judge John E Dowdell Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Doc. 2) is granted. Within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Order, or by June 24, 2019, Plaintiff shall submit one completed summons, one completed U.S. Marshal Service form (form USM-285), and one copy of the complaint for each defendant named in the complaint. The Clerk of Court shall send Plaintiff five blank summonses and five blank USM-285 forms for Plaintiff's use in complying with this Order. Plaintiff's address is set forth in the complaint (Doc. 1 at 5). Upon receipt of the summonses and USM-285 forms, the U.S. Marshal is directed to perfect service upon the defendants in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 and Okla.
