MINUTE ORDER by Chief Judge John E Dowdell The plaintiff's unopposed motion (Doc. 14) to stay her response to defendant Automobile Club of Oklahoma's amended dismissal motion (Doc. 4) is granted in part. Ordinarily, the Court does not stay deadlines on responses to dismissal motions following removal from state court. Rather, if the case is ultimately remanded to the state court, the pending motions and responses go back to the state court for determination.
