The case caption of said complaint and the docket sheet entry lists two defendants; however, the first paragraph lists four defendants. At other points, the complaint appears to reference only one defendant. In addition, at item number 8 on page 2, the following is recited: "...this action properly lies in the NORTHERN (emphasis added) District of Oklahoma as a substantial portion of the events or omissions giving rise to this claim occurred in the EASTERN (emphasis added) District of Oklahoma." Counsel is directed to cure these deficiencies, and others as necessary, by filing amended complaint forthwith. The Court declines to further proofread plaintiff's complaint.
