ORDER by Judge Claire V Eagan - ORDER DIRECTING CUSTODIAL AGENCY TO COLLECT AND SUBMIT FILING FEE PAYMENTS ON BEHALF OF PRISONER-PLAINTIFF - As provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2), officials at the DLMCJC shall collect monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to Harris's inmate account, when the balance of his account exceeds $10.00, and shall submit those monthly payments to the Clerk of Court, Attention: PL Payments, U.S. Courthouse, Room 411 4th Floor, 333 W 4th Street, Tulsa OK 74103, until the $350 filing fee is paid in full. The Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this order, by mail, to Harris and to officials at the David L. Harris shall make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to his institutional account until he pays in full the $350 filing fee.
