Filing 7 ORDER re 1 Complaint. Plf's claims against dft Joe Heaton are DISMISSED w/prejudice on the ground of judicial immunity. Plf's claims against remaining dfts David L Lee & John W Coyle III, brought under criminal statutes 18 USC 371, 1001, 1341 & 26 USC 7214(a)(1)(2)(7) & (8), are DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim. The only surviving claims are plf's private cause of action RICO claims against dfts Lee & Coyle. W/respect to these claims, plf is DIRECTED to file, within 20 days, a RICO case stmt.
