ORDER re 1 Notice of Removal, vacating 6 ct's 2/8/07 Order. The removing dft, SPW LLC, is DIRECTED to file a stmt, within 30 days, providing the following info: The stmt shall identify the members of Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP & th e citizenship of each of those members; & the members of SPW LLC & of dft Jet Network LLC & the citizenship of each of those members. If any members of any of these entities are themselves LLCs or ltd liability partnerships, then the stmt shall furt her identify any such members & the citizenship of any such members. If info is not available to SPW LLC re Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP or Jet Network LLC, then the filing of that particular info is excused.
