The parties are ORDERED to submit this dispute to arbitration as required under Section 25 of the Contract for Labor and Material dated April 3, 2017, and this action is STAYED pending completion of the arbitration of this dispute. For statistical purposes, the court clerk is DIRECTED to administratively close this action in her records pending completion of the arbitration proceeding. The parties shall notify the court, in writing, within 30 days of the resolution of the arbitration proceeding so that the court may take such further action as may be necessary.
