ORDER On or before December 2, 2019, Plaintiff must pay an initial partial filing fee of $7.11 which, based upon his submissions, represents 20 percent of "the average monthly deposits to [his] accounts for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this action...." Id. The undersigned specifically cautions Plaintiff that unless by December 2, 2019, he has either (1) paid the $7.11 initial partial filing fee in full or (2) shown cause in writing for his failure to pay, the undersigned will, without further warning, recommend the dismissal without prejudice of this action for Plaintiffs failure to comply with an order of this Court. Then, after payment of the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff shall make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to his institutional accounts until the total filing fee of $350 has been paid. granting #6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; finding as moot #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis.
