ORDER holding in abeyance #11 JOINT MOTION for Settlement to Approve FLSA Settlement or for Order That Court Approval is Not Required for Settlement or Non-Collective Action FLSA Claims filed by Expressways Rental Properties LLC. For the reasons set forth herein, the Joint Motion to Approve FLSA Settlement will be held in abeyance for 21 days. This will permit the parties to consider whether the settlement may proceed in the absence of the confidentiality provisions set forth in paragraph 6 and its subsections.
