ORDER. Under 28 U.S.C. 1447(b), in a case removed from a state court, the district court "may require the removing party to file with its clerk copies of all records and proceedings in such State court...." Upon review of the Notice of Removal, the Court notes that certain records from the state court proceeding have not been filed with this Court. Specifically, the removing party in this case, Defendant Midwest MO Contractors, LLC ("Midwest"), did not file its answer or the affidavit of service, both of which show on the state court docket before Midwests removal. [See Ex. 3 to Notice of Removal, OSCN Docket, Doc. No. 1-3]. Accordingly, under 1447(b), the Court ORDERS Midwest to file within seven days of this Order its answer and the affidavit of service from the state court proceeding, Oklahoma County Case No. CJ-2020-1471.
