ORDER -- The Court finds Plaintiff is entitled to proceed without prepayment of the full filing fee, and his Motion ECF No. #2 is GRANTED. However, Plaintiff Miguel Adams shall be required to pay the full $350.00 filing fee as set forth hereafter. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on or before June 7, 2021, Plaintiff pay an initial partial filing fee of $247.19. FURTHER, Plaintiff's Motion to Amend ECF No. #10 is STRICKEN. Plaintiff Miguel Adams is required to file a first amended complaint limiting the claims to his own personal allegations. Plaintiff's deadline for filing his First Amended Complaint is June 7, 2021. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION -- the undersigned finds that joinder is infeasible and recommends that the Court DISMISS Plaintiff Joedell Robert Perkins from the action without prejudice. Also, if the Court adopts the recommendation, the undersigned anticipates issuing an order on Plaintiff Miguel Adrian Adams' Application (Motion) for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and supporting affidavit (ECF No. 2) and ordering him to file an amended complaint limiting the claims to his own personal allegations.
