ORDER ~ On May 25, 2022, Defendant filed #6 a Notice of Constitutional Question. Because the statute affects the public interest, the Court finds that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.1(b) and 28 U.S.C. 2403(b), certification to the Attorney General of Oklahoma is necessary.
