Filing 5 ORDER. Failure to obtain service upon dft within 90 days may result in dismissal without prejudice of plf's action against dft, unless plf shows good cause for the failure or the court grants plf a permissive extension of time to obtain service. The court clerk is directed to provide, along with this order, the request for issuance of summons, summonses & USM-285 forms for plf to complete & to return for processing & issuance.
