ORDER granting #16 Motion for Order Directing Absent Defendants to Appear or Plead by a Day Certain and #17 Motion for Order Directing Service by Publication. Defendants Successors of Rhonda W. Cathey, Deceased, are hereby ORDERED to appear or plead by a day certainwithin 80 days of the date of this Order. If Defendants Successors of Rhonda W. Cathey, Deceased, fail to appear or plead within 80 days of the date of this Order, the Court shall enter judgment against them as prayed for in the Complaint. Because Plaintiff has sufficiently shown that personal service is not practicable in this instance, Plaintiff shall publish this Order in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1655 not less than once a week for six consecutive weeks.
