ORDER ~ The Court has three separate cases arising out of the same vehicle collision on January 26, 2022. They are Atiga v. Day to Day Logistics, Inc., et al., CIV-23-483-J, Miller v. Day to Day Logistics, Inc., et al., CIV-23-631-J, and Platero v. Day to Day Logistics, Inc., et al., CIV-23-763-J. The Atiga Defendants have all been served but there remain un-served Defendants in Miller and Platero. Once all the Defendants have been served in each case, or the time expires for such service, the Court anticipates setting a joint status conference with attorneys from all three cases.
