ORDER ~ re #7 Amended Complaint filed by Michael E Stevenson, Jr. The Court received Plaintiff's amended complaint on March 1, 2024 but finds it deficient. Plaintiff must file a second amended complaint addressing the deficiencies. Plaintiff has improperly included what should have been individual motions in his amended complaint, seeking both appointment of counsel and permission to proceed without paying attorney fees or the cost in this civil action. In the future, all such motions must be filed as separate documents. See LCvR 7.1. Nevertheless, addressing both requests, the motions are DENIED.
