Filing 6 ORDER -- Plaintiff brings this action purportedly alleging violations of his civil rights. A review of the Complaint ECF No. #1 has been conducted. Plaintiff's filing is not on the proper form and fails to explain any Defendant's specific involvement in the asserted constitutional violations. The Court now requires Mr. Sawyers to file an amended complaint, utilizing the Court's approved form. ADDITIONALLY, in order for this action to proceed, Plaintiff must either pay the $405.00 filing fee or be granted leave to proceed without prepayment of fees. Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee nor submitted a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall cure this deficiency no later than March 11, 2024.
