Date Filed Document Text
April 29, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 33 Opinion and Order. Upon review of the record and considering both the high threshold for ESY eligibility and the deference due to the educational authorities, I conclude that Student's IEP, including the District's ultimate ESY determination, was reasonably calculated to provide Student with FAPE. The decision of the Administration Law Judge in Oregon Department of Education Case No. DP 14-104 is REVERSED. Signed on 04/29/2015 by Judge Owen M. Panner. (rsm)
