OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons discussed above, I ADOPT the F&R 80 in part. It is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiffs claim for violation of the UTPA by defendant ICC is barred by the statute of limitations and is thus DISMISSED. Defendant ICCs Motion for Summary Judgment 50 is DENIED as to all other claims. Signed on 9/27/13 by Judge Michael W. Mosman. (dls)
