The Court grants Order's motion to dismiss portions of paragraphs 37, 38, and 39(g), to the extent they allege a failure to warn or protect Plai ntiff from priests other than Fr. Jaramillo. The Court grants Diocese's and Our Lady of Angels' motion to strike 48 . Plaintiff is granted leave to amend. If Plaintiff chooses to amend his complaint, he must do so within 10 days of the dat e below.
